UK Delivery

Free on ALL orders over £50. For orders under £50 we offer the following:

  • Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class Large letter – £2.18 (2-3 working days).
  • Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class Small parcel – £3.95 (2-3 working days).

Delivery Duration

We aim to dispatch orders within one working day from Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays). Please note, the delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed times. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received your order within 10 working days of the delivery date given, please get in touch with us, so we can investigate with the relevant handler. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate or replace any missing deliveries notified to us after 10 working days.

If there is a discrepancy with your delivery, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve any issues.


1. Faulty/damaged items

In the event that you receive a defective item(s), please contact us as soon as possible. You should reach out within 14 days of the original purchase date. You have the option to receive either a full refund, or one (1) replacement order including an item(s) of equal value to the original.

2. Unwanted items

Simply email us at [email protected] or contact us using our contact form to let us know why you are returning the item and to receive details of where to send the item.

You may return unopened and unused items sold and fulfilled by VitaCig.UK.COM within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items (unless the product is faulty). Please note, we will refund the product value excluding any postage charges originally paid, back to the payment method originally used.

All returns are inspected upon receipt, and appropriate refunds will be processed to your card immediately. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear on your account depending on your payment type.

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 working days of returning your items, please contact us first to check they have been received back. If they have and we’ve processed your refund, please contact your card issuing bank or company but please bear in mind it may take some time before your refund is officially received back into your account. How to Return

For ease you can use one of the 11,500 Royal Mail post office locations across the UK.

  1. Please download the return form here.
  2. Complete the return form and include it in your parcel to ensure your exchange or refund can be processed.
  3. Please obtain a receipt as proof of postage.

Once received your package will be inspected and a full or part refund will be issued.

If you do not complete the necessary returns information, or provide the original delivery note with your return, it may not be possible to complete your exchange or refund. Please ensure all fields are completed as required before sending.

To return your product, address it to: Delahay&Co, Ltd, 175 Fox Hollies Road, Acocks Green, Birmingham, B27 7TZ. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Regardless, we recommend you use at least a signed for service. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
