If your product is still under our 90 day Defective Exchange Policy please send us an email at [email protected]. Please add to the email of the photo of the product to be replaced, the order number, the email that was used for payment, comments, notes, issue details.
VitaCig Customer Service Representative will review your Warranty Exchange Request individually.
If the request is within the 90 day policy, you will get an email letting you know that your Exchange is approved.
Once VitaCig receives the defective items, a replacement will be shipped out, and you will receive an email with the tracking information.
